i found this links myself a few month back when i needed it as you. Works good and free.

there are few free voip services available. for example www.voipstunt.com and www.justvoip.com.

Justvoip is the best voip service i have ever came accross, you actually can talk dial from ur cell phone or home phone to ur destination phone. It just cost 5 more cents to transfer the call to ur actual cell fone.
